Francis Farm offers an ideal setting for your next corporate or social event. We have the capability to simultaneously hold multiple events. Rain or shine!

Choose from our current menu, or work with one of our event staff members to customize a menu which will work for your group’s needs. The Farm has a lot to offer, but we know our limits. Our events staff have access to a full range of related products and services which may be outside our capabilities. The vendors and service providers we recommend have demonstrated superior professionalism and service which have contributed to the development of a successful business reputation and relationship with Francis Farm.

While at the Farm, the extra amenities help to create camaraderie among attendees and add enjoyment to your event. Plan competitions or, just have fun! There’s volleyball, basketball, bocce, horseshoes and a softball field. There’s even a video arcade for a foozball tournament. Whether the event is set inside or out, the games & toys are available to ALL parties.

Your Perfect Holiday Party Destination

Whether you are looking for an intimate room for a small holiday family gathering, or a large corporate holiday party for up to 200 guests, Francis Farm has two great venue options for you to choose from. As with our Weddings and other social events, you may choose from our current menu, or work with one of our event staff members to customize a menu which will work for your group’s needs.

FRANCIS HALL

A spacious function room with a maximum capacity of 200. The charm of the Francis Hall is in the wood paneling and hardwood floor. Private full-service bar inside the room.

MILLER HALL

A comfortable, more intimate space. The Miller Hall accommodates maximum 90 (seated); it also extends to a separate lounge/bar area with double glass sliding doors leading to a patio.

The Art of “Building A Bake”

Every clambake starts with a cradle of wood and a fire which heats rocks, or in Francis Farm’s case, the ingots, to a very high temperature. They provide the heat to cook the food and must reach 1200 degrees. The base of the ingots are covered with a kind of seaweed called rockweed. Racks of food are placed among the rockweed and covered with heavy canvas. The food has to be cooked when the canvas is pulled off because all the heat dissipates. There is no second chance. “Putting on a bake is an art,” says Mr. Foley. “People think that anyone can do it but it takes years of experience.” Timing is everything or you risk losing the bake in its entirety. “We haven’t lost one yet.”

Accommodating groups of 30 to 600, Francis Farm offers an ideal setting for your next corporate event.

WI-FI, tripod portable projection screen, easels & podiums are available for your event. In addition, your group has access to a softball field, volleyball courts, basketball courts, bocce and horseshoes and so much more!

We’re available for your function 12 months a year, 7 days a week! You can choose 5 hour blocks, or reserve the entire day. And, don’t forget our renowned Traditional NE Clambake is also available for company outings (minimum required).
